Fabric and construction
The front is a moisture-wicking, lightweight microfiber. Giordana describes the newly introduced fabric as smooth and not smothering, with a finely woven face meant to give more stretch and faster wicking and drying. Mesh inserts under the arms add breathability where heat builds. The jersey body is 78% polyester and 22% elastane, the back is 100% polyester, and the underarm panels are 88% polyester and 12% elastane.
Pockets and fit
The back panel uses a 2-way horizontal stretch fabric to support three rear cargo pockets, with a fourth zippered pocket at the side for keys or a card. Giordana threads carbon into the back panel design to help the pocket system stay in place, and a gripper elastic at the back of the waistband steadies it further. Set-in, aerodynamic sleeves finish in straight-cut cuffs, and the front zipper system is minimized for a smoother look.
The FR-C Pro cut is made to fit close and follow the contours of the body. Giordana pairs FR-C fabrics with its Body Clone technology to get that second-skin feel, and it notes that riders who are new to the brand or between sizes tend to size up. The jersey weighs 5 oz (142 g) in a medium and is made in Italy.
This version comes in white in sizes XS through 3XL. The print comes from Giordana's La Posta collection, which draws on vintage postage stamps, wax seals and hand-scribed letters.
