Designed and machined in Minnesota, these pedals combine precise CNC shaping, intelligent concavity, and proven bearing durability to deliver a planted, confidence-inspiring connection between rider and bike.

The Waveform Aluminum Pedals are offered in two proportionally scaled sizes, ensuring the platform truly matches your shoe footprint. This isn’t a one-size compromise. Whether you choose Small or Large, you get a supportive surface designed to cradle your foot with a dual-concave profile that measures just 14mm at the perimeter and 12.5mm at the center. The result is a locked-in feel both front-to-back and side-to-side—exactly what you want when terrain turns technical.

Each side features eleven rear-loading stainless steel pins, delivering consistent, adjustable traction without complicating maintenance. The large, tapered leading edge is purposefully shaped to deflect pedal strikes, reducing hang-ups on rocks and roots while keeping momentum intact. Inside, three fully sealed cartridge bearings and an igus bushing are protected by a custom radial seal, ensuring smooth, low-friction performance in wet, dusty, and demanding conditions.

Waveform Aluminum Pedals Specs at a Glance

Platform Sizes: Large 112mm x 106mm | Small 105mm x 99mm

Profile Thickness: 14mm at perimeter | 12.5mm at center

Concavity: Dual-concave design for enhanced foot security

Pin Configuration: 11 stainless steel rear-loading pins per side (4.5mm height)

Bearings: Three sealed cartridge bearings + one igus bushing

Seal: Custom radial seal for water and debris protection

Material: 6061-T6 aluminum platform | 17-4 PH stainless steel axle | 304 stainless steel pins

Weight: Large set 384g | Small set 373g

Threads: 9/16"-20 tpi standard crank compatibility

Included: Six extra grip pins

Origin: Machined in the USA

Design Benefits

Foot Stability: Dual concavity and proportional sizing keep your foot centered and supported through aggressive riding.

Impact Resilience: Tapered leading edges help deflect trail impacts, preserving speed and reducing pedal strikes.

Serviceable Performance: Rear-loading pins, sealed bearings, and available replacement parts make long-term ownership straightforward.

All-Conditions Reliability: Custom sealing protects internal hardware from mud, dust, and moisture.

Compatibility & Installation

The Wolf Tooth Waveform Aluminum Pedals fit all standard cranks with 9/16"-20 tpi right- and left-hand threads.
