Hard chrome plating on the inner link plates adds a layer of durability where it counts most, resisting the grinding wear that comes with heavy shifting and long miles.

Precision-cut outer links reduce weight without compromising tensile strength, and the Flattop design is compatible with both 12-speed road and 13-speed XPLR AXS dropbar drivetrains — making it a practical choice for road riders and gravel riders alike. It ships in 114-link and 126-link options to suit different setups.

SRAM Rival E1 Flattop 12/13-speed Chain Specs at a Glance

Compatibility: 12-speed road and 13-speed XPLR AXS dropbar drivetrains

Chain profile: Flattop design for narrower width and reduced noise

Inner link plates: Hard chrome plated for extended wear resistance

Outer links: Precision-cut for reduced weight

Available lengths: 114 links or 126 links

//cdn.shopify.com/s/files/1/0608/7684/9196/files/sram-rival-e1-flattop-1213-speed-chain-4222625.jpg?v=1771293189
