Each wedge adds 1.5 degrees of varus tilt to the forefoot, sitting between the insole and the shoe itself to correct inward tracking through the pedal stroke.

The open-toe design keeps things from feeling cramped inside the shoe, and the wedge can be trimmed to fit a range of footbed sizes — one kit covers most riders. Beyond cycling, the wedge works with any rigid-soled sports shoe, making it a practical option if you're addressing the same alignment issue across different activities.

Form Universal Varus In-Shoe Forefoot Wedge Kit Specs at a Glance

Correction angle: 1.5 degrees varus tilt

Placement: In-shoe, between insole and shoe

Sizing: Universal — one size, trimmable to fit

Design: Open-toe / toeless to reduce forefoot crowding

Compatibility: Cycling shoes and other rigid-soled sports shoes

In the Box: (2) Universal varus forefoot wedges

//cdn.shopify.com/s/files/1/0608/7684/9196/files/FORM-UNIVERSAL-IN-SHOE-FOREFOOT-WEDGE-1.jpg?v=1779993673
