CeramicSpeed's Grade 3 Silicon Nitride balls are pressed into hardened steel races in dust-free clean rooms — the result is a bearing that generates measurably less frictional resistance than standard steel, and is designed to last three to five times longer.

The coated designation refers to the bearing races, which are treated to further reduce friction and extend service life beyond even CeramicSpeed's standard ceramic offering. The aluminum cups are machined to fit the BB386 EVO shell's 86.5mm width and 46mm inner diameter, accepting the 24mm/22.5mm GXP spindle without adapters or compromise. Every watt you've invested in drivetrain efficiency starts here.

CeramicSpeed Ceramic Race Coated Bottom Bracket Specs at a Glance

Shell standard: BB386 EVO (86.5mm wide, 46mm inner diameter)

Spindle compatibility: SRAM and Quarq GXP (24mm/22.5mm)

Bearing type: Grade 3 Silicon Nitride ceramic balls in hardened steel races, coated

Construction: Aluminum cups; bearings pressed at CeramicSpeed, Denmark

Finish: Black

//cdn.shopify.com/s/files/1/0608/7684/9196/files/ceramicspeed-ceramic-race-coated-bottom-bracket-evo386-to-gxp-sram-9506438.jpg?v=1771301709
