It sits at the top of the Assos Equipe RS lineup — built for riders who need serious weather protection but won't accept a fit that costs them watts. The Alleycat has been proven at the WorldTour level, and this iteration refines that heritage with a closer, more aerodynamic silhouette classified under Assos racingFit.

The jacket uses a zonal construction approach that puts different materials where they're needed most. Exposed upper panels use a two-layer Storm membrane — windproof, waterproof, and reflective — while the lower and less-exposed panels use lighter Yubari fabric, which prioritizes breathability and freedom of movement through high-stretch construction. A double-slider zipper runs the front, letting you open from the top or bottom to regulate ventilation or manage road spray on the fly. The Alleycat is designed to layer over Equipe RS kit, maintaining the tight, performance-oriented fit that makes it race-appropriate rather than just weather-appropriate.

Assos Equipe RS Alleycat Clima Specs at a Glance

Assos racingFit — aerodynamic, second-skin upper panel construction

Two-layer Storm membrane on exposed panels — windproof and waterproof

Yubari panels on lower and less-exposed sections for breathability

High-stretch construction throughout for unrestricted movement

Double-slider front zipper for top-down or bottom-up ventilation

Reflective detailing on Storm membrane panels

Designed to layer over Equipe RS base and mid-layers

Available in Black — sizes XS through XLG

Design Benefits

Zonal fabric placement keeps you dry without overheating. The Storm membrane handles wind and rain where you're most exposed, while Yubari panels on lower and sheltered zones allow heat and moisture to escape — so you can push hard without the jacket working against you.

The racingFit cut is built for the bike, not the café stop. The second-skin upper panel and close-cut silhouette reduce aerodynamic drag, making the Alleycat a practical choice for criterium racing, fast training rides, or any scenario where fit matters as much as function.

The double-slider zipper gives you real-time climate control mid-ride — crack it from the bottom on a climb, close it back up on the descent, and adjust ventilation without stopping or breaking rhythm.

//cdn.shopify.com/s/files/1/0608/7684/9196/files/assos-equipe-rs-alleycat-clima-capsule-targa-3024278.jpg?v=1771302491
