Giordana Women's SilverLine Thermal Bib Tight Info

The Giordana Women's SilverLine Thermal Bib Tight pairs the Cirro W chamois with a thermal fabric made for cool-weather riding. The pad is aloe-infused and anti-microbial, and it sits in a bib tight cut from 250g Artica Thermal, an 85% nylon and 15% elastane blend.

A colder-weather SilverLine

Giordana presents this as its familiar SilverLine silhouette moved into cooler temperatures. The new fabric gives more elasticity for a form-fitting feel, along with better abrasion and wind resistance. It is densely woven for durability, wicks moisture, deflects odor and has a UPF 50+ factor.

Straps, cuffs and visibility

Lightweight straps with a mesh back are meant to flex with you and stay breathable under a jacket. The waistband and ankle cuffs are straight-cut, and reflective accents on the calves help drivers see you in low light.

Wash at 40 degrees C or less on a reduced cycle and hang or lay flat to dry. Made in Italy, in black, sizes XS through 3XL.

The honest tradeoff is that there is no stated temperature range from Giordana, and the fabric is wind resistant rather than windproof. On a freezing, breezy morning you will likely still want a base layer and a good jacket, and probably shoe covers. The fit is form-fitting by intent, so if you are between sizes, use the size chart and think about what you plan to wear under it.
