The Giordana Women's La Posta FR-C Pro Jersey is a short sleeve road jersey in Giordana's La Posta print, which draws on filigree, aged postage marks and hand-rendered lettering. Giordana says it is built for all-day riding. Colors are dark blue and multicolor, and sizes run XXS through 3XL.
The fabrics sit close to the body for what Giordana calls efficient, ergonomic aero comfort, without the feeling of tightness. The front and shoulders use a new high-breathability textile with a double-sided diamond pattern, designed to move and manage moisture on the warmest rides. That fabric is 88% polyester and 12% elastane. The back panel is 94% polyester and 6% elastane and has carbon threads woven through it, which stabilize the rear pockets when fully loaded.
Cut and finishing
The sleeves are set-in, with a laser-cut, seamless finish at the cuff. The new zipper is color-coordinated to the jersey, and Giordana says it has no exposed threads, so it avoids the wavy look that zippers often create. The front waistband is thermal welded to lie flat when you are in the riding position, while the back has gripper elastic. The collar is a low-profile ergonomic design.
Pockets and weight
Three rear cargo pockets are joined by a fourth pocket with an invisible zipper on the right edge, which is where valuables go. The pockets use a 78% polyester, 22% elastane fabric. A size medium weighs 4.4 oz (125 g), and the UPF rating is 15. Giordana calls the jersey a good match for a wide range of spring and summer conditions. It is made in Italy and carries new Giordana logo branding.
