The Giordana Women's FR-C Thermal Bib Tight is a full-length bib tight for cool-weather rides, cut from Blizzard fabric that Giordana says repels the elements. It runs from the waist to the ankle and is built around the women's-specific OmniForm Cirro S-W chamois.
Warmth and ventilation
Giordana brushed the interior around the thighs, the front of the shins and the lower back to retain warmth, and added breathable panels from the front of the knee, around the calf and down to the ankle for temperature regulation on hard efforts. The fabric is a 250g Blizzard with an Acqua Zero water repellent treatment. A higher waistline, stretchy stabilizing bib straps and a mesh upper back round out the fit, and the leg hems use elastic cuffs rather than zippers, so there is no extra bulk at the ankle. Two reflective stripes on the back of the calves help drivers see you in low light.
Pad and finish
The aloe-infused, anti-microbial Cirro S-W chamois is Giordana's top women's pad. The saddle panel is ceramic coated for abrasion resistance with a Cordura insert and a soft brushed microfiber interior. The tight is made in Italy from 85% nylon and 15% elastane, and Body Clone technology gives the snug second-skin fit of the FR-C line.
Choose from black, Poseidon blue or cedar green in sizes XS through 3XL. Machine wash at 40°C or less on a reduced cycle, no bleach, no iron, hang or lay flat to dry.
