The Giordana Men's La Posta FR-C Pro Jersey is Giordana's re-engineered short sleeve race jersey, here in the La Posta print inspired by vintage postage stamps, hand-scribed letters and wax seals. It is available in dark blue and multicolor in sizes XS through 3XL.
Giordana positions it as a new standard for aerodynamics and comfort on all-day rides. The fabrics hug the body for ergonomic aero comfort, and an updated carbon-threaded back panel is designed to hold the rear pocket system in place. The front uses a new high-breathability textile with a double-sided diamond pattern to move and manage moisture when it is warm. Giordana says the new fabrics keep the second-skin fit while removing the feeling of tightness.
Details
The jersey has set-in sleeves with a laser-cut, seamless finish at the cuff. The zipper is new, color-matched to the jersey and finished without exposed threads, which Giordana says prevents the common wavy effect. The front waistband is thermal welded to lie flat in the riding position, and the rear waistband has gripper elastic. The collar is ergonomic and low profile.
Pockets are three at the lower back plus a fourth with an invisible zipper on the right edge, for valuables. By fabric: the main body is 78% polyester and 22% elastane, the pockets are 90% polyester and 10% elastane, and the underarms are 88% polyester and 12% elastane. Giordana lists UPF protection from 15 to 50+ depending on the panel, and a size medium weighs 4.4 oz (125 g). Care is a 40 degree machine wash or a 30 degree hand wash. The jersey is made in Italy.
