Water Bottles & Cages - RA Cycles

Botellas de agua y jaulas

Hydration is the one variable that can derail any ride — the Water Bottles & Cages collection at RA Cycles has solutions for every discipline and every frame. Standard road cages from Arundel, Lezyne, Elite, and Silca cover everyday training and racing. Wolf Tooth and Fidlock bring alternatives to the standard top-entry design — Fidlock's magnetic TWIST system snaps in and out with one hand, even mid-effort. For triathlon, TriRig and XLAB build systems around your aerobars and frame tubes, integrating hydration into the bike's airflow rather than fighting it. Supcaz side-entry cages solve the access problem on full-suspension frames where a straight pull isn't possible.

Bottles span the range from branded team editions — Colnago, Cervelo, Giordana — to standard training bottles in every size. Cage materials run from alloy to full carbon to titanium, and the right choice depends on your frame's bottle mounts, riding position, and how you reach for a drink at speed.

About Water Bottles & Cages

The cage choice comes down to three things: entry direction (top, side, or rear-entry matters on full-suspension and aero frames), material (alloy, carbon, or titanium), and compatibility with non-standard bottles. Fidlock's TWIST system is worth considering if you struggle with bottle access during hard efforts — the magnetic base mounts to your cage bolt and the bottle clicks in and releases with a push rather than a pull. For triathlon-specific setups, behind-the-saddle carriers, aero bar-mounted systems, and down tube hydration require different planning than a standard road cage. TriRig and XLAB systems are engineered specifically for those positions, with integrated aero profiles and purpose-built bottles designed to fit.

RA Cycles carries cages and bottles from Arundel, Blackburn, Lezyne, Elite, Silca, Wolf Tooth, and Zipp for road and gravel riding. Fidlock's TWIST system covers the magnetic category. Moots offers a titanium cage for riders who want a more refined option than standard alloy. On the triathlon side, TriRig and XLAB lead with complete aero hydration systems — the TriRig Alpha Prime and XLAB Aero Carbon Wing Series are designed for riders running dedicated triathlon bikes with aero position in mind. Branded bottles from Colnago, Giordana, Cervelo, and Assos round out the range for riders who match kit to machine.
